1. Deliveries will be left at your doorstep with a doorbell ring or knock at the door
2. Condos or apartments: you’ll be required to meet us in the lobby or pick up from concierge. We will not drop off in front of your unit’s door. If we cannot contact you, it will be left in the lobby
3. Please include your phone number in the order so we can contact you if needed
4. Orders outside the delivery zone will be refunded
5. Due to the high volume of orders, we cannot give a specific time of delivery
6. The acceptance of orders will close when capacity is reached, so get your orders in quickly
